欢迎使用巨浪（JuLang）会员订阅服务。本协议（以下简称"本协议"）说明通过 Apple App Store（iTunes Store）购买巨浪订阅服务时的自动续费规则。请在使用本服务前仔细阅读本协议，您购买本服务即视为已阅读并同意本协议全部内容。Welcome to the JuLang membership subscription service. This Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") explains the auto-renewal rules that apply when you purchase a JuLang subscription through the Apple App Store (iTunes Store). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Service. By purchasing the Service, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all the terms of this Agreement.

1. 订阅服务说明1. Subscription Service Description

巨浪会员服务为自动续费型订阅服务。订阅期间，您可以享受巨浪提供的全部会员权益，包括但不限于：The JuLang membership service is an auto-renewing subscription. During the subscription period, you can enjoy all the membership benefits provided by JuLang, including but not limited to:

• 全球高速节点不限速访问Unlimited-speed access to global high-speed nodes
• 回国专线智能分流Smart routing over dedicated return-China lines
• 多设备同时在线（按所选套餐档位）Multiple devices online simultaneously (depending on the selected plan tier)
• 专属回国线路与优先客服支持Dedicated return-China lines and priority customer support

具体权益以应用内展示及官网套餐页为准。For the specific benefits, please refer to the in-app display and the plan page on the official website.

2. 订阅周期与价格2. Subscription Period and Pricing

当前提供的订阅套餐如下，价格以购买时应用内实际展示为准：The subscription plans currently available are listed below. Prices are subject to the actual in-app display at the time of purchase:

月度订阅Monthly Subscription

年度订阅Annual Subscription

巨浪保留调整订阅价格的权利。价格调整将在下一个续费周期生效，并会通过应用内公告等方式提前通知，您可在价格调整前取消自动续费。JuLang reserves the right to adjust subscription prices. Price adjustments will take effect at the next renewal cycle and will be announced in advance through in-app notices and other channels. You may cancel auto-renewal before a price adjustment takes effect.

3. 自动续费说明3. Auto-Renewal Terms

• 本服务为自动续费订阅服务。除非您在当期订阅周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续费，否则订阅将自动续费。This Service is an auto-renewing subscription. Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends, your subscription will renew automatically.
• 自动续费时，将从您的 iTunes 账户（Apple ID）绑定的支付方式中扣除当期费用，扣费金额为续费时实际生效的订阅价格。At each auto-renewal, the fee for the current period will be charged to the payment method linked to your iTunes Account (Apple ID), at the subscription price actually in effect at the time of renewal.
• 自动续费成功后，新的订阅周期将自原周期结束后的次日自动顺延，同时相应会员权益同步更新。After a successful auto-renewal, the new subscription period will automatically begin the day after the original period ends, and the corresponding membership benefits will be updated at the same time.
• 若您的账户余额或支付方式扣款失败，Apple 将尝试通过您账户绑定的其他支付方式扣款；扣款失败可能导致订阅中断。If the charge to your account balance or payment method fails, Apple will attempt to charge another payment method associated with your account; a failed charge may result in an interruption of your subscription.

4. 免费试用（如适用）4. Free Trial (if applicable)

• 新用户可能享有免费试用期，具体以应用内展示为准。New users may be eligible for a free trial period; the exact terms are subject to the in-app display.
• 免费试用期结束后，若您未在试用期结束前至少 24 小时取消订阅，将自动转为付费订阅，并从您的 iTunes 账户扣除相应费用。When the free trial period ends, if you have not cancelled the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription and the applicable fee will be charged to your iTunes Account.
• 同一账户仅限享受一次免费试用；已购买过本服务或已使用过免费试用的用户可能无法再次参与。Each account is limited to one free trial; users who have already purchased this Service or already used a free trial may not be eligible to participate again.

5. 取消订阅5. Cancel Subscription

您可随时通过以下方式取消自动续费，无需联系客服：You can cancel auto-renewal at any time using the following methods, without contacting customer service:

• 打开 iOS 设备「设置」→ 点击顶部您的 Apple ID →「订阅」→ 选择「巨浪」→ 点击「取消订阅」。On your iOS device, open "Settings" → tap your Apple ID at the top → "Subscriptions" → select "JuLang" → tap "Cancel Subscription".

取消订阅后，当前订阅周期内仍可继续使用本服务全部权益，直至当期周期结束；已支付的订阅费用不因取消而退还。After cancellation, you may continue to use all the benefits of the Service for the remainder of the current subscription period until it ends; subscription fees already paid will not be refunded because of cancellation.

6. 退款政策6. Refund Policy

通过 App Store 完成的购买与退款由 Apple 负责处理。如您对扣费有疑问或需要申请退款，请前往 Apple「报告问题」页面（reportaproblem.apple.com）联系 Apple 官方处理，巨浪无法直接处理 App Store 渠道产生的退款申请。Purchases and refunds made through the App Store are handled by Apple. If you have questions about a charge or need to request a refund, please go to Apple's "Report a Problem" page (reportaproblem.apple.com) to contact Apple directly. JuLang is unable to directly handle refund requests from purchases made through the App Store.

7. 协议变更7. Changes to This Agreement

我们可能适时更新本协议，更新后的版本将在此页面公布并注明更新日期，重大变更会通过应用内公告等方式另行通知。若您继续使用本服务，即视为接受更新后的协议内容。We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with its update date noted, and material changes will be announced separately through in-app notices and other channels. If you continue to use the Service, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Agreement.
